GENERAL QUESTIONS
The skull you receive will THE EXACT what we picture on our website.
No! Right after you placed your order, we process all necessary export and import documents for our animal skulls via the department of animal conservation as all of our skulls are cleaned according to international taxidermy standards and we have all the legal papers necessary so there will be no problem in importing these skull carvings in your country.
We guarantee that all of our skulls arrive in crisp condition. All of our carvings are packed securely using extensive amounts of bubble wrap and other materials to make sure they arrive damage-free. In the case that something does arrive broken we take full responsibility and offer either a full refund or we could reship a brand new skull.
- Try switching them to the other side.
- Then work them back and forth and up and down until they go on.
- If they won’t go on as far as you would like, you may need to file down the bone under the horns in the spot that is stopping it from going all the way on.
- If there is twine around the bottom of the horns, it is decorative and is supposed to stay there.
- Sometimes the horns don’t go all of the way on, it depends how they fit in real life, please see pics on our website.If they are too loose, then either wrap the bones with something and then put the horns on, or use a clear glue and glue them on.
No animals are killed for the purpose of our skull creations, rather the skulls are the byproduct of local agriculture.

We ship worldwide with DHL Express.
Shipping cost for Greece is 10€
Shipping cost for EU countries is 30€
Shipping cost for US countries is 50$
Most of the products (almost 99%) in our site are ready for shipping! Every product in our site is unique and it is shipped as soon as you order it!
If you need your order by a certain date, it would be best for you to contact us as soon as you have ordered, and we’ll do our best to get the order processed ASAP.
Absolutely! Once your order has been dispatched you will receive your personal tracking number. Use your tracking number to keep tabs on your skull’s journey at www.dhl.com. You can also send us a quick message and we’ll be happy to track it for you.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES?
Tertsi Creations cannot control any international duties/taxes applied to your package, therefore, you will be responsible for paying additional charges if they apply. DHL is required to collect the Duty and Taxes for your country before they can deliver.
In rare cases, you might be contacted by customs, to submit an invoice. In this case, you can simply forward our order confirmation email which you received when placing your order.
RETURNS
Yes! We want you to be head over heels for your new Skull. If we shipped the wrong item, or if it arrived damaged, we will re-ship or refund immediately. If you’re simply not happy with your order you can also return it. In this case, the buyer will get a refund (excluding shipping costs) as soon as the product is back with us.

DAMAGES
Sadly, although I wrap the life out of everything I send, things can get damaged in transit. As I work so hard on everything I sell, this is as disappointing to me as it is to you.
If this happens you MUST inform me within 24h of receiving the product. If 24h have passed, unfortunately I cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Please document any noticeable damage to shipping carton(s) before signing for shipment. All damage claims must be submitted with photographs within 48 hours.
Dispute: Any dispute regarding this invoice shall be arbitrated in Athens, Greece, under the rules of the Greek Arbitration Association and the laws of Greece. Customer shall pay all arbitration and court costs, reasonable legal fees and expenses, plus legal interest on any award or judgment, plus any and all expenses incurred in pursuit of this claim.
Just send us an email within 30 days from the day you receive your parcel saying you’d like a refund. Then, we’ll send you step-by-step instructions for returning your skull.
Please note: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
